On January 1st 2018 I joined in on WeeklyBeats, a challenge to write a new track within a week, every week. I had only written 5 or 6 songs on my Gameboy before, so these tracks can be seen as a chronicle of my journey to gain more experience with LSDJ. This release encompasses the first quarter (January - March) of songs.

The tracks on this album aren't in the original chronological order. All songs were recorded with LSDJ 6.3.2 on a prosounded DMG.

I'm just a big music nerd and Katana ZERO fan, I've never played this game but I might now that I've heard this awesome soundtrack! This is some really great chiptune and the recurring leitmotif is just so good! The mix-up of having a fully orchestral song is so nice and it's so pretty too, it hits me in a place so close to home!
